SITHGAM022 - Provide responsible gambling services (RCG)

It is a requirement of the Gambling Machines Act 2001 for Hoteliers, Managers and staff that work in areas where gambling is conducted to have completed a NSW Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RCG) competency.

This course is essential for anyone looking to work in the hospitality industry. After successful completion you will be issued an RCG competency card from Liquor & Gaming NSW.

PLEASE NOTE: If you hold a current competency card for RCG you will need to complete the online renewal with Liquor & Gaming NSW prior to your card expiring. If your card has expired by more than 28 days you are required to complete a new course. Contact the team or book online!
